Come and join us for a day of running around the stunning parklands of central Preston. Starting in Avenham park, by the side of the River Ribble, the course will pass through Miller park before heading over the river into Upper farm nature reserve & leisure park. Runners will then reach the turn point before heading back over the river to the finish area.

Registration: from 08:00am
Race start: 9:00am
There will be a 6hr time limit for all distances.
Location: Start / finish close to Avenham park cafe, Preston, PR1 8JT
We will keep you supplied with sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial & coke.
All runners will receive a bespoke medal as well as post run goodies.
The course will be on hard surface paths. The 10K will be 1 loop + a short out and back. 1/2 Marathon will be 3 loops and full marathon 6 loops of the course. The ultra will be 7 loops (NB: last lap must start within 5H 30min).
Age Limits: All participants to be over 18
Age 18 - 19 - Max distance Marathon
Over 20's - No max distance
